Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat emergency and critical care patients during overnight shifts
- Manage complex medical and surgical emergency cases
- Provide stabilization, diagnostics, and treatment planning for urgent and critical patients
- Collaborate with specialists and clinical teams to ensure continuity of patient care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding treatment plans, diagnostics, and prognoses
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in overnight scheduling rotations supporting emergency hospital operations
- Contribute to a collaborative and patient-focused clinical culture
Job Applicant Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous emergency medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
