Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care
- Perform wellness examinations and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and manage a wide variety of companion animal medical conditions
- Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry
- Utilize laboratory services, radiology, and ultrasound to support patient care
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on preventive healthcare and treatment options
- Collaborate with the multi-DVM team and experienced support staff
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative hospital culture
Job Applicant Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Eligible for or able to obtain state veterinary licensure
- Previous companion animal experience preferred
- Strong interest in both medicine and surgery
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commitment to teamwork and professional development
