Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care services
- Perform examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and routine surgeries
- Develop individualized patient care plans and wellness recommendations
- Educate clients regarding treatment options and preventive healthcare
- Collaborate with hospital team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in hospital growth initiatives and community outreach efforts
Job Applicant Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for relationship-based medicine and preventive care
- Ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment
- Interest in utilizing technology to enhance patient care and client experiences
- Fear Free certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Two or more years of experience preferred; mentorship available for new graduates
