The Job Opportunity:
A well-established multi-specialty and emergency hospital is seeking a Part-Time Emergency Veterinarian to join its collaborative medical team.
This opportunity offers predictable hours and a consistent home hospital while providing the flexibility many veterinarians value. Whether the goal is to maintain a sustainable schedule, balance professional and personal commitments, or remain clinically engaged on a part-time basis, the hospital is open to discussing scheduling needs and finding an arrangement that works well for both the veterinarian and the team.
The emergency service is supported by experienced veterinary professionals and specialty services, creating an environment where doctors can collaborate on challenging cases and continue developing their clinical skills. An on-call surgeon is available, so emergency veterinarians are not expected to routinely perform surgery independently, while collaboration with specialty services remains an important part of patient care.
The hospital also has an academic component, including a cardiology service, cardiology residency training, and an active veterinary internship program. This provides opportunities for case discussion, mentorship, continuing education, and professional growth.
