The Job Opportunity:
A growing, AAHA-accredited small animal practice is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative medical team.
This opportunity offers the flexibility of part-time practice while still providing the resources, collaboration, and professional development opportunities of a well-supported hospital. Veterinarians have access to a well-equipped clinical environment, skilled veterinary technicians, and an experienced doctor team that values teamwork, thoughtful medicine, and shared learning.
The practice supports evidence-based medicine and meaningful clinical autonomy, allowing veterinarians to develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs while having experienced colleagues available for collaboration and case discussion. Both experienced veterinarians and doctors seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to learn through shared clinical knowledge, case discussions, and regular interaction with fellow doctors.
A strong technician-to-doctor ratio allows veterinarians to make effective use of the support team and dedicate more of their time to patient care, procedures, clinical decision-making, and client communication.
Flexible scheduling, Sundays and major holidays closed, and no on-call responsibilities help support a sustainable part-time schedule and a healthy balance between a rewarding veterinary career and life outside of the hospital.
