The Job Opportunity:
A modern small animal practice is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and progressive veterinary team.
This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values evidence-based medicine, clinical autonomy, low-stress patient care, professional development, and the freedom to build a caseload around individual clinical interests.
The hospital offers flexible scheduling designed around both veterinarian availability and practice needs, with no on-call rotation, allowing doctors to maintain meaningful time outside of work.
Low-stress medicine is an important part of the practice culture. The team incorporates Fear Free principles, Feline Friendly approaches, cooperative care, and gentle handling techniques into everyday patient care. Veterinarians who already have experience with these approaches—or who would like to develop their skills in this area—will find a team that shares those priorities.
The practice also actively supports veterinarians interested in developing a clinical niche. Doctors with existing training, certification, or interest in acupuncture, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, herbal medicine, canine sports medicine, or performance medicine can receive support and dedicated scheduling to develop those services alongside traditional general practice.
A strong staff-to-doctor ratio provides additional clinical support, helping veterinarians focus their time on medicine, procedures, client communication, and continued professional growth.
