Role Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based veterinary care
- Perform wellness and preventive examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans
- Perform general surgical procedures based on experience, scheduling, and clinical interests
- Provide comprehensive dental care
- Utilize digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory diagnostics to support clinical decision-making
- Incorporate cold laser therapy when medically appropriate
- Educate clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive medicine, and long-term patient health
- Build positive and lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary support professionals
- Participate in case discussions and shared clinical learning
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Develop individual areas of clinical interest

Job Applicant Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary institution
- Active state veterinary license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Commitment to compassionate client communication and education
- Interest in continuing education and professional development
- Willingness to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care based on experience and scheduled hours
- Interest in diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, surgery, dentistry, or other clinical areas is welcomed
