Partner Veterinarian – Practice Ownership Opportunity

JOB-5456

The Job Opportunity:
An established small animal practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian who is interested in taking the next step from clinical practice into leadership and practice ownership.

This opportunity is designed for a veterinarian who wants to do more than practice medicine. The incoming Partner Veterinarian will have the opportunity to help guide the hospital’s clinical direction, mentor the veterinary team, contribute to business strategy, and participate meaningfully in the practice’s long-term growth and success.

The hospital already has an established client base, experienced support team, modern diagnostic capabilities, and a strong foundation of community relationships. The goal is to identify a veterinarian who can build on that foundation while maintaining a commitment to evidence-based medicine, thoughtful patient care, clinical autonomy, and a positive team culture.

A structured pathway to co-ownership is available. The Partner Veterinarian will have the opportunity to participate financially in the performance and growth of the practice while receiving operational and business support in areas such as finance, human resources, recruiting, marketing, and practice management.

For an experienced veterinarian who has considered practice ownership but would value additional business infrastructure and support, this position offers the opportunity to combine clinical medicine, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Practice Information:

The practice has served its community for many years and has developed a strong foundation of client relationships and continuity of care. The availability of specialist support provides additional resources for complex cases while allowing the primary care team to maintain continuity with clients and patients.

The practice also benefits from convenient access to complementary pet services, creating opportunities for additional client relationships and continuity across different aspects of a pet’s care.

Role Responsibilities:
