The Job Opportunity:
An established, full-service small animal and exotic animal practice is seeking an experienced Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative medical team. Veterinarians interested in future Medical Director responsibilities and potential practice ownership are especially encouraged to apply.
This opportunity is well suited for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine while having the clinical autonomy and support needed to provide individualized patient care. The hospital offers a diverse caseload that includes dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and small mammals, along with opportunities to manage preventive, medical, surgical, dental, and urgent care cases.
The practice is supported by an experienced team and maintains an approximately 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio. Technicians are empowered to fully utilize their skills and manage appropriate technical responsibilities, allowing veterinarians to focus more of their time on diagnosing, treating, performing procedures, communicating with clients, and practicing medicine.
Work-life balance is also an important part of the opportunity. The position offers a consistent four-day weekday schedule with no weekends and a dedicated daily lunch break.
