Role Responsibilities:

• Performing wellness and preventive care examinations
• Diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions
• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Managing complex medical cases
• Performing surgical and dental procedures based on experience and interest
• Utilizing digital radiography, ultrasound, ECG, and other diagnostic technology
• Providing dental care with access to advanced dental imaging
• Utilizing endoscopy and therapeutic laser technology when appropriate
• Practicing Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques
• Communicating diagnoses and treatment recommendations clearly with clients
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Collaborating with veterinarians, CVTs, assistants, and support staff
• Participating in continuing education and professional development
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented hospital culture

Job Applicant Requirements:

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
• Veterinary licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain licensure in the applicable state
• A commitment to evidence-based medicine and the highest standards of veterinary care
• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative veterinary team
• A genuine passion for pets and their families
• An interest in continued professional development

• A commitment to veterinary ethics
