The Job Opportunity:
Imagine having the time, support, and clinical resources to focus on being a veterinarian—not trying to do every job in the hospital yourself.
An established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join an experienced and collaborative medical team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who values evidence-based medicine, clinical autonomy, low-stress patient care, and continued professional growth, while also appreciating what a strong support team can bring to the everyday practice of medicine.
Veterinarians work alongside a multi-doctor team with varied clinical backgrounds, creating a natural environment for case discussion, shared learning, and collaboration. An approximately 2:1 support staff-to-veterinarian ratio helps doctors spend more of their day focused on what requires their expertise—diagnosing, developing treatment plans, performing procedures, communicating with clients, and caring for patients.
The hospital also provides a strong range of modern diagnostic and therapeutic resources, including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, hands-free radiology, laser therapy, and acupuncture. Fear Free-certified team members further support a thoughtful approach to patient comfort, while dedicated patient-care appointments with credentialed veterinary technicians help provide continuity and follow-through beyond the doctor’s exam room.
For a veterinarian looking for high-quality medicine, capable support, modern resources, and colleagues who make practicing medicine feel like a team effort, this is an opportunity designed to let doctors spend more time doing the work they trained to do.
Practice Information:
The hospital encourages doctors to practice individualized medicine while having experienced colleagues available for case consultation, shared learning, and clinical support.
