Associate Veterinarian – Collaborative Small Animal Practice with No Weekends

JOB-5988

The Job Opportunity:
For veterinarians who still believe some of the best parts of medicine are knowing the patient behind the chart, earning a client’s trust, and having colleagues who are always willing to talk through a difficult case, this opportunity offers a place to build those connections.

An established small animal practice is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative medical team where evidence-based medicine, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and meaningful client relationships are all valued. The hospital sees a balanced mix of wellness and sick-patient cases, giving doctors the opportunity to practice comprehensive general medicine while continuing to explore and develop their individual clinical interests.

Collaboration is a natural part of the practice culture. Veterinarians work alongside experienced colleagues who value case discussion, shared learning, and supporting one another through both routine and more challenging cases. Doctors are trusted to make thoughtful medical decisions while knowing another perspective is available whenever they want one.

A recently updated hospital provides a modern, comfortable clinical environment with technology designed to support both medical quality and team safety, including hands-free radiology.

Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced doctors will find room to bring their own strengths and interests to the practice, while early-career veterinarians can benefit from dedicated mentorship as they build confidence, strengthen their skills, and develop greater clinical independence.

For a veterinarian looking for good medicine, genuine relationships, and colleagues who make coming to work feel a little more rewarding, this could be the right place to grow.
