Role Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals
• Diagnose and manage a wide variety of medical conditions using current clinical standards and best practices
• Develop individualized treatment plans while educating clients and strengthening long-term relationships
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians, credentialed technicians, and support staff to deliver outstanding patient care
• Participate in wellness care, preventive medicine, and urgent care case management
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement
• Provide care for exotic companion animals based on individual interest and experience, if desired

Job Applicant Requirements:

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the applicable state
• A commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary ethics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and exceptional client service
• A desire to continue learning through professional development and continuing education
• Interest or experience in exotic companion animal medicine is welcomed but not required
