Practice Information:

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based veterinary care
• Oversee medical quality and patient care throughout the hospital
• Provide clinical guidance and support to fellow veterinarians

• Mentor doctors and support the continued development of the veterinary team
• Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth
• Help establish the hospital’s strategic medical direction
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and clinical workflows
• Work with hospital management and field leadership on operational and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the hospital’s overall success while maintaining a strong clinical presence
• Support continuing education and lifelong learning
• Maintain an active clinical caseload as a practicing veterinarian
• Build strong relationships with clients, patients, and members of the hospital team

Job Applicant Requirements:

• Holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
• Is licensed and in good standing to practice veterinary medicine, or is eligible for licensure
• Is committed to evidence-based medicine and the highest standards of patient care
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys mentoring and developing other veterinarians
• Is comfortable taking on clinical leadership responsibilities
• Values teamwork, collaboration, and respectful communication
