Role Responsibilities:

- Utilize digital radiography, dental radiography, therapeutic laser, and other available clinical resources
- Provide care for canine and feline patients and, based on experience and interest, select exotic species
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnoses and treatment options
- Work collaboratively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other support professionals
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
- Participate in collaborative case discussions and shared clinical learning
- Pursue continuing education and professional development
- Explore and develop individual areas of clinical interest
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented hospital culture
Job Applicant Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state of practice
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Compassionate approach to patient and client care
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative approach to working with veterinary colleagues and support professionals
- Interest in continued clinical learning and professional development
- Interest in exotic animal medicine is welcomed but not required
