Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality preventive, medical, and surgical care for companion animals
• Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans
• Practice evidence-based medicine while maintaining excellent standards of patient care
• Utilize modern hospital facilities and diagnostic resources
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service team members
• Communicate medical findings, treatment options, and recommendations clearly and compassionately
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their pets
• Support continuity of care and thoughtful follow-up
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative hospital culture
• Help support the growth of emerging services based on individual interests and expertise
• Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of lifelong learning
• Uphold the highest standards of veterinary ethics and patient care

Job Applicant Requirements:

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent graduate of an accredited veterinary program
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Washington or eligible to obtain licensure
• Committed to evidence-based medicine and exceptional patient care
• Comfortable providing comprehensive care for dogs and cats
• Interested in developing additional areas of clinical expertise
• A strong communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships
• A collaborative team member who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge
• Curious and committed to lifelong professional development
