Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality preventive, medical, surgical, and dental care
• Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans
• Manage a diverse and fast-paced small animal caseload
• Perform surgical and dental procedures appropriate to experience and training
• Practice evidence-based medicine and maintain excellent standards of patient care
• Communicate medical findings, treatment options, and recommendations clearly and compassionately
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their pets
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other members of the hospital team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Utilize appropriate diagnostic and treatment resources
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture
• Support excellent patient outcomes and client experiences
• Uphold the highest standards of veterinary ethics and patient care

Job Applicant Requirements:

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent graduate of an accredited veterinary program
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Florida or eligible to obtain licensure
• An experienced veterinarian with strong clinical judgment
• Confident performing surgical and dental procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Committed to evidence-based medicine and exceptional patient care
• Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patients and their families
• A strong communicator who enjoys developing lasting client relationships
