A respected and collaborative companion animal hospital in Illinois is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and supportive veterinary team. • Established multi-doctor small animal practice with a long-standing community reputation
• Experienced veterinary team with a collaborative and mentorship-focused culture
• Equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, and comprehensive on-site diagnostics
• Loyal clientele and supportive technical staff
• Balanced scheduling with four-day workweeks and rotating half-day Saturdays
• No after-hours or emergency on-call responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive wellness, medical, diagnostic, and surgical care for companion animal patients
• Perform preventative medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and treatment planning
• Build long-term client relationships through communication and education
• Collaborate closely with veterinary and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to a positive team environment

Job Applicant Requirements:

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Illinois
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Positive and collaborative approach to veterinary medicine
• Interest in surgery or ultrasound welcomed
