Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of emergency and urgent care patients using evidence-based medicine
• Provide medical oversight for hospitalized, intensive care, postoperative, and critically ill patients during assigned shifts
• Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans that prioritize excellent patient outcomes and quality of care
• Collaborate closely with specialists, emergency clinicians, and experienced veterinary technicians to provide seamless multidisciplinary care
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and modern medical technology to support clinical decision-making
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment recommendations, prognoses, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate medical records while upholding the highest standards of veterinary medicine and professional ethics

Job Applicant Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the applicable state
