The Job Opportunity:
A well-established companion-animal hospital is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership while continuing to practice veterinary medicine. This is an opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who would enjoy helping shape medical quality, clinical standards, and the culture of an established hospital while having the support of dedicated operational and administrative professionals. The Medical Director will have the opportunity to influence the practice much like an owner would, without taking on the financial risks and administrative responsibilities associated with ownership. Support is available across operations, human resources, marketing, payroll, and other areas so the Medical Director can remain focused on medicine, team development, and patient care.

The hospital offers a concierge-style approach to veterinary care, with two veterinary technicians supporting each veterinarian, allowing doctors to focus more fully on their patients, clients, and medical decision-making.
