This full-time opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine while mentoring colleagues, strengthening hospital culture, and helping guide the continued clinical development of a progressive veterinary team.
The Medical Lead will help guide the team in providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine while supporting a culture of teamwork, compassion, and continued growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines clinical practice with mentoring. The Medical Lead will support associate veterinarians, encourage professional development, and help the team maintain consistent medical standards while allowing doctors the autonomy to practice and grow in their areas of interest.

The team values collaboration and encourages everyone to share ideas, discuss cases, and work together to provide the best possible care. Services include preventive medicine, diagnostics, medical care, general surgery, and advanced procedures, including orthopedic surgery. This provides opportunities for veterinarians interested in expanding their surgical skills.
For more complex cases, doctors have access to specialty consultation and a larger professional network, while maintaining the autonomy to make decisions for their patients. The hospital also supports ongoing growth through mentorship, continuing education, advanced training, and leadership development. Resources are available in areas such as dentistry, internal medicine, oncology, dermatology, and cardiology. An experienced support team and strong practice leadership help create an efficient, positive environment so veterinarians can focus on their patients, clients, and careers.
