Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals
• Establish and uphold clinical standards and medical protocols
• Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff

Job Applicant Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in the state of employment
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Passion for practicing high-quality small animal medicine and surgery
• Commitment to Fear Free patient care and exceptional client service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
