Urgent Care Veterinarian

JOB-5464

The Job Opportunity:
A new, purpose-built veterinary hospital is seeking a Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join its collaborative medical team.

This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys the variety and pace of urgent and emergency medicine but prefers a schedule without overnight ER shifts. The hospital is being designed specifically around urgent care medicine, providing veterinarians with a modern clinical environment that supports efficient workflows, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.

The practice is committed to evidence-based medicine, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and meaningful clinical autonomy. Veterinarians will have the opportunity to manage a diverse range of urgent cases while working alongside an experienced and supportive veterinary team.

Work-life balance is an important part of the hospital’s culture. Flexible scheduling and the absence of overnight shifts allow doctors to remain engaged in challenging medicine while maintaining time for life outside of the hospital.

Professional growth is equally important. Continuing education, mentorship, collaborative case discussion, and ongoing clinical development will be encouraged as veterinarians strengthen their urgent care skills and pursue their individual professional goals.
