The Job Opportunity:
An established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice is seeking a Full-Time Veterinarian to join its collaborative and experienced medical team.
This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values evidence-based medicine, clinical autonomy, and the support of skilled colleagues. The hospital offers comprehensive general practice medicine alongside advanced surgical, orthopedic, diagnostic, and complementary services, giving doctors the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while continuing to develop their individual clinical interests.
Veterinarians are supported by an experienced team with an approximately 2–2.5:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio. Intentional staffing helps doctors spend more of their time focused on medicine, procedures, client communication, and patient care.
The full-time schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind and typically includes a four-day workweek with approximately one Saturday per month. The hospital is closed on Sundays, and a dedicated midday break is built into the regular schedule.
Professional development is an important part of the hospital culture. Experienced veterinarians, new graduates, and early-career doctors are encouraged to apply.
